Does everybody in my team need to be Premium?

No, as a Premium member you can create as many workspaces as you want and invite as many free users as you want. Invited members will have full read and write access to your workspaces.

What payments are accepted?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your credit card will be charged monthly, and we’ll send you a monthly receipt.

Where can I manage my account data?

You can change your account data, payment options, address, and more on your Hojoki settings page.

Are there setup fees?

No, there are no setup fees.

How long are your contracts?

Our plans are monthly, and you can cancel anytime to stop the premium service to the end of the current month.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time on your Hojoki settings page, and we will not charge you on the next billing cycle.

What happens if I downgrade to Free?

No worries, we won’t delete your workspaces or any content. But you will switch to the Free Plan settings. This means that in the workspaces you created as premium administrator, all members that exceed the number of free members will become guest members (read only).
